on march 30th, sanhua holding group celebrated the graduation reporting & ceremony of quality department’s excellence training in hangzhou industrial park. this ceremony was attended by zhang yabo, vice chairman of sanhua holding group, sum sun, chief of quality management committee, tao chunxing, human resource director, some managers from sanhua residential and sanhua commercial, and 24 members from quality department’s excellence training.
back to may, 2019, sanhua holding group organized the first quality department’s excellence training to effectively improve product quality and precisely measure key performances of products. this training would develop professional skills of employees while ensuring the product’s conformance and reliability.
the first quality department’s excellence training lasted for 3 years and its courses were professional skills, leadership and how to start with heart. through a variety of training, including prestigious teachers’ teaching, experts’ sharing of experience, online studying, mutual-help, thematic activities, and other courses, members have gained professional knowledge and expertise, built a platform for studying and creating together, and cultivate the notion of “independence, self-improvement, and keeping improving product quality”, which was a driver for the high-quality development of sanhua.
in the morning, sum sun delivered a lecture themed “requirements of qualified products”. he told everyone that it’s necessary to spend a month studying the methodology for making qualified products for a deep understanding of “requirements of qualified products”. sum sun gave an introduction about the definition of this topic and expressed his hope that everyone would comprehend and digest knowledge from this class in practice in the future.
then members from different groups reported what they have learned in the previous courses and their development plans in the next period. zhang yabo, vice president, and other superiors gave a lot of suggestions about personal development and growth after listening to the report.
sum sun and tao chunxing issued graduation certificates to all the members, and assigned awards for excellent teams and members. who won the "growth breakthrough award", "super fleet award", "best dedication award" and "quality elite excellence award".
a speech titled "believe in the power of belief" was delivered by the representative of members, ren sanqing. she said that thinking determines behavior, and behavior determines results. one should be empathetic and initiative, keep goal-orientated and strong-minded.
mr. tao chunxing, director of human resources, pointed out that the growth and development of outstanding individuals relied on one key ability, learning ability. learning is every. we can reflect on what was the most effective way of learning. at the same time, we should also explore the meaning of learning, why we learn, and how to maximize the value of acquired knowledge. mr. tao hoped that everyone could take the ending as the beginning, and volunteer to be a trainer of sanhua.
sum sun, director of the quality committee, made a concluding speech. he appreciated that everyone kept studying in the fight against covid-19 and urgent production plans, and expressed warm congratulations to everyone on their successful graduation. he once again emphasized “growth of quality department’s talents” highlighted at the beginning of the class. he put forward a question whether everyone achieved personal growth in the dimensions of knowledge, skills, technical ability, organizational ability, and awareness of the importance of quality so that they could support the development of company.
sum sun had hopes that after three years’ study, everyone can change from "firefighter" to "medical expert". he required that when faced with problems, quality department should repeatedly question themselves: have we solved all the problems? quality department shouldn’t take chances. in face of different choices, we should choose the right path, though difficult. in daily work, we must firmly believe that the workplace is the best place for spiritual meditation.
