ebv series refrigerant electric ball valve is called the "swiss army knife of the valve industry". it can be used as a solenoid valve and a flow regulating valve, which can flow in both directions and stop in both directions. today ebv has become a large family from 3/8" to 1-5/8", and it has a wide range of applications, covering vrv, heat pumps, modular unit, transportation refrigeration etc. the biggest m of ebv lies in its open operating system, and more application scenarios need to be explored by the entire industry.
the design pressure of the four-way valve is increased to 12.7mpa, and the maximum operating pressure difference is increased to 6mpa. this is a brand-new four-way valve that looks the same as an inary four-way valve, but has a completely different internal and switching method. it incorporates a number of subversive innovative ideas.
using co2 as the refrigerant itself is more environmentally friendly, but suffers from the absence of a co2 four-way valve, for many years, the heat pump system can only use solenoid valves to defrost or switch. the system is complex and the defrosting efficiency is far inferior to the four-way valve. if the co2 system is still defrosted by solenoid valve, then the efficiency is too low. it is obvious that the co2 heat pump technology cannot be popularized. the birth of the co2 four-way valve will inevitably catalyze the popularization of the co2 heat pump system
the traditional dual system design requires two sets of fin heat exchangers, and the distribution pipe takes up a lot of space. the microchannel heat exchanger integrates the distribution function the inside of the header pipe, making the header pipe highly compact. optiflow therefore combines two heat exchangers one. in systems that required two sets of heat exchangers in the past, right now only one set of optiflow heat exchangers can meet its heat exchange requirements.
revo series freezer controller (with md remote display), focusing on the application of supermarket display cabinets. the controller integrates various functions such as cabinet temperature control, defrosting control, fan control, lighting control, and defogging alarm control, which can be said to handle the control needs of the entire freezer. revo integrates sanhua’s best electronic expansion valve control, and has two sets of completely independent control parameters, which can independently set the cabinet temperature and different defrost modes to achieve two temperature (medium temperature and low temperature) settings for the same refrigerator, control and one-key switching.
